Job Duties:

1. Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
2. Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
3. Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
4. Perform related customer service functions and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area preferred. Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required. Must meet qualifications outlined in FMCSA regulations, including medical exams. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety awareness.

Monday - Friday, 06:45 - 15:45
