Job Duties

1. Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
2. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
3. Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
4. Performs related customer service functions and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the service area.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area is preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and courier skills.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required. Must meet qualifications outlined in FMCSA regulations, including medical exams and valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work alertly and safely.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: $21.36/hr. Schedule: Monday - Saturday, variable shifts.
