Job Duties

1. Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
2. Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
3. Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
4. Perform related customer service functions.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the service area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods.

Job Conditions

• Neat appearance required due to customer contact.
• Must meet FMCSA or FAA medical exam requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to work alertly and safely.

Preferred Qualifications & Compensation

This role offers a salary range of $25.65 - $38.16, with potential for additional pay or bonuses. The position requires working Tuesday to Saturday, between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
