In this role, you will operate company vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of packages while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and ideally have prior courier experience. This position requires physical stamina and good communication skills, as you will interact with customers regularly. Job Duties
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the service area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area is preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.
Job Conditions
Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license as per state requirements and a good driving record. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work alert and safely at all times.

Pay Transparency
This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations, ranging from $22.43/hr to $34.15/hr. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
