Job Duties

1. Operate company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
2. Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
3. Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
4. Perform related customer service functions.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the service area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment and assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area is preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations and pass a medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record as per state requirements. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is essential.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, bonuses, or premiums. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $21.36

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM
