Job Duties
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of the area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods skills.
Job Conditions
Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations and pass a medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license as per state requirements and have a good driving record. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be 21 or older and have held a valid driver’s license for the previous three years.
Pay Transparency
Starting Rate: $21.36/hour; Hourly Range: $21.36 - $33.18
Additional Details
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, between 1:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
