Job summary

Iowa Specialty Hospital is seeking a part-time Courier to support the transport of medical supplies and specimens between outreach clinics and the hospital. The role requires handling deliveries, with hours Monday–Friday from 10:30am to 5:00pm for a total of 30 hours per week, and a requirement to lift up to 25 pounds.

A positive attitude, valid driving record, and eligibility to be covered by the hospital’s insurance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Must maintain a good driving record.
• Must be covered on the Hospitals insurance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport medical supplies and specimens between Iowa Specialty Hospital outreach clinics and the hospital.
• Support courier duties as assigned and maintain timely delivery routes.

Brief Description

Part-Time (30 hours) Courier position

Hours: Monday- Friday 10:30am-5pm (30 hours total, plus 30 minute unpaid lunch)

This position is responsible for transporting medical supplies and specimens between Iowa Specialty Hospital outreach clinics and the hospitals.
