Job summary

Pace® is seeking a part-time Courier to pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials in a safe, timely manner. You’ll review and process related information, prepare your vehicle, and support staff with transportation procedures.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM; starting compensation is $16.00 per hour, with pay determined by location and experience per Pace’s guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain licenses/certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately.
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer‑focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.
