Job Duties

1. Driver/operator of company vehicles.
2. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
3. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
4. Drives vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

None required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and communication skills.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety sensitive position. Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be licensed for the vehicle type assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Availability: Mondays 8:30am to 6:00pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:15am to 6:00pm.

Pay Transparency

This range provides a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary across all potential locations. Actual starting pay depends on experience, market conditions, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, bonuses, and benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

Hourly: $25.42; Range: $25.42 - $35.25
