Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a part-time driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages in a courteous, efficient manner. You will verify shipments, interact with customers, and drive vehicles not regulated by FMCSA 391 while maintaining safety standards.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–12:30 PM. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be licensed for the vehicle type assigned. E-Verify and equal opportunity employer statements apply.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Job Conditions

Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

Pay: $22.10 Per Hour
