Job summary

Performs primary and essential duties as courier; to include loading, sorting, delivering and picking up items from the various Midland Memorial Hospital campuses and offices Demonstrates basic organizational skills when sorting and delivering items during the course of the route. Quickly and efficiently delivers and picks up items, including supplies, mail, reports and other hospital related items. Ensures vehicle is running properly by conducting daily inspection. Exhibits driver safety at all times when behind the wheel of the vehicle. Maintains a professional attitude and high customer service level. Driver’s license records check is required.

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm

• Distributes items efficiently to proper locations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A mental development equivalent to a high school graduate capable of solving routine, practical problems.
• Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
