Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Courier I in Burlington, NC. This full-time contract role handles picking up and delivering medical specimens and lab supplies to client offices, with a focus on safe transport and excellent service.

You must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be at least 21. Prior courier or customer service experience is a plus, and you will work Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm, with a 50 lb lifting requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous driver/courier experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Very punctual with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily pickups to your branch.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.

Duration: 2 Months(Contract To Possible)

Location: Burlington, NC 27215

Shift: 1st shift. Mon - Fri. 9:30am - 6pm.

Note: MVR must be included in the background screening for this candidate.

Overview:

• This will be a full-time service rep position responsible for picking up and dropping off specimens and supplies to and from client offices.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.
