Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. in Bristol, TN is seeking a Courier I for a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Schedule is 2nd shift, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with on-site responsibilities delivering specimens and lab supplies to client offices. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The role requires strong customer service, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior courier experience is preferred but not mandatory; a medical background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous driver/courier experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Very punctual with strong time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily pickups to your branch.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.

Description:

• This will be a full-time service rep position responsible for picking up and dropping off specimens and supplies to and from client offices.
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
• In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.
