Federal Express Canada is seeking to fill a permanent part-time position. The role involves loading and unloading aircraft and vehicles, sorting packages, and ensuring efficient delivery and pickup operations while providing related customer service support.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of Canadian operations is a plus, with bilingualism in French and English beneficial for Quebec

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• One (1) year of customer‑oriented business experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is an asset.
• Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking ability, stress tolerance, and capacity to work in a highly pressured environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays, based on business needs.
• Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations as required.
• If incumbent resides in Quebec, must be bilingual in French and English.

Position Details

Permanent Part‑time position; shift: Monday‑Friday, 15:00 start time, 6‑hour shift; requires a full G driver’s license. Posting will be taken down on July 23 at 11:59 PM.
