Job summary

FedEx is seeking a driver/operator for our company vehicles in New Jersey. You will deliver and pick up packages with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring shipments meet FedEx service standards and assisting customers as needed.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED. No prior experience required; must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, and hold a valid license for the vehicle type assigned. Starting wage is $22.11/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and directions.
• Must be licensed to operate the vehicle type assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages courteously and efficiently.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide related customer service.
• Drive company vehicles (not regulated by FMCSA 391).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
