Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Full-time delivery associate in Missoula, MT. You will handle and deliver packages, interact with customers, and operate without a CDL on a standard weekday schedule from 8:00am to 6:45pm.

Applicants must be at least 21, meet FMCSA safety regulations, and complete a medical exam as required. Good communication and neat appearance are essential for customer contact; E-Verify participation is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and directions per FMCSA.
• Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications and pass medical exam per FMCSA/FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers while delivering packages.
• Load, unload and move packages with appropriate equipment.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements during all duties.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Pay Transparency

Pay: $23.21 to start and full benefits day one.

Additional Details

Full-time: Mon – Fri 8:00am - 6:45, No CDL required
