Job Duties

1. Driver/operator of company vehicles.
2. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
3. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be part-time in the morning, Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:20 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Neat appearance required due to customer contact.
• Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Requires a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Must be 21 or older and have had a valid driver's license for the previous three years.

Pay Transparency

Starting rate: $20.22/hour. Hourly range: $20.22 - $30.65.

Additional Details

Part-time AM shift, Tuesday to Friday between 6:20 a.m. and 12:20 p.m., Saturday between 6:40 a.m. and 1:40 p.m.
