We are seeking a reliable and experienced Courier Driver to join our team.

As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and packages to their designated locations. This role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a variety of vehicles including box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers.
2. Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
3. Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
4. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
5. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
6. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Commercial driving experience preferred.
3. Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles including box trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers.
4. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
5. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading goods.
6. Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment for loading/unloading is a plus.
