Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Courier (Part-Time) to pick up, transport, and deliver environmental samples and materials supporting our laboratory operations. You will help ensure sample integrity and accurate data for our environmental science work.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours include a shift Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a 7:30 AM–2:30 PM window Tue–Thu and potential OT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain required licenses.
• Knowledge of safe driving, sample transport, and customer service principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies and transportation procedures.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment and professionalism in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents for sample pick-up and delivery.
• Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations, including safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and propose solutions to improve processes.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency and participate in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace values.
