Job summary

Pace has an immediate opening for a Courier on site in Wysox, PA. You will handle the safe pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials supporting our laboratory operations. Your role ensures sample integrity and accurate data, contributing to public health and environmental safety.

We value curiosity, teamwork, and reliability. A high school diploma is required; a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills help you succeed in a fast-paced, compliant environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain required licenses.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Able to learn and follow organizational policies and transportation protocols.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and accurate documentation.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents and databases for sample transport.
• Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations, including safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes.
• Help ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, customer‑focused work environment aligned with Pace values.
