Job summary

Lalor Family Dental in Johnson City, NY is seeking a Part-Time Courier to support our multi-office operations. The role is morning-based (about 3 hours/day, 8:00 am–11:00 am) and involves interoffice mail, bank deposits, and package deliveries.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist where needed. Benefits include Vision and Dental Insurance and EAP.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail and materials between all Lalor Family Dental locations
• Collect bank deposit bags from each office, record and sign daily deposit logs, and deliver to the bank
• Retrieve and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate office or team member
• Maintain accurate records and follow all courier-related protocols
• Pick up orders from local vendors and deliver as needed
• Assist the Marketing Department with special deliveries or event setups
• Maintain a clean and organized courier workstation
• Ensure secure and proper handling of credit card transactions related to purchases

To help keep our multi-office operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Courier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, staying organized, and contributing to a close-knit, supportive workplace.

This is a part-time position, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), working mornings typically from approximately 8:00 am – 11:00 am (about 3 hours per day; some days may be slightly more or less depending on operational needs).

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail and materials between all Lalor Family Dental locations
• Collect bank deposit bags from each office, record and sign daily deposit logs, and deliver to the bank
• Retrieve and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate office or team member
