Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Courier to support acute-site supply management and inventory processes. You will deliver and receive supplies, ensuring timely and safe handling with proper refrigeration when needed.

The role includes packing, shipping, and maintaining vehicles and related records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of driving experience, along with a clean DMV record and valid license.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid State Driver's License is required and DMV record must be clean.
• Two years of driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies to hospitals and centers in a timely manner and checks for expiration dates.
• Handles supplies safely with proper transport and refrigeration techniques.
• Receives incoming supplies and packs items for shipping.
• Maintains courier vehicle through regular maintenance and appearance."
• Picks up intercompany mail and delivers to territory offices.
• Assists with warehouse trash removal and maintains cleanliness in assigned areas.

Overview

The Courier is responsible for working with the biomedical technician to ensure acute sites have what is needed for supply management and inventory processes. This position is also responsible for receiving, and delivering supplies in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies to hospitals and centers in a timely manner and checks for expiration dates
• Handles supplies carefully using proper transport safety and refrigeration techniques
• Receives incoming supplies
• Packs supplies for shipping
• Maintains courier vehicle through regular maintenance and repair; maintains appearance of courier vehicle through regular cleaning
• Picks up intercompany mail where applicable and delivers to territory offices
• Assists with trash removal in warehouse and hospital storage areas where applicable
• Maintains standards of cleanliness in assigned areas

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience

• High School diploma; or G.E.D. certificate
• Two (2) years of driving experience

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate in English
• Valid State Driver's License
• Clean Department of Motor Vehicles record
