We are seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, with a focus on excellent customer service.

This position includes a company vehicle for route use. For $100/month, you may also take this vehicle home for personal use.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm; overtime and rotating weekends may be required.

Work Location: Portland, OR and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Load supplies needed for daily pickups.
2. Complete daily pickup schedule promptly.
3. Deliver pickups to your branch at shift end.
4. Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
5. Operate a company vehicle safely, obeying traffic laws.
6. Use handheld electronic devices for managing pickups.
7. Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups.
8. Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous driving or courier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Punctuality and strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities for customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
