  • Ensuring that medical items are securely stored in the delivery vehicle.
  • Ensuring that the documentation corresponds to each item.
  • Ensuring the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facilities
  • Demonstrate integrity and accountability in dealing with clients.
  • Performs routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in proper working condition.
  • Provides backup support for patient transports as needed, maintaining a valid driver’s license and patient transportation certification.

Couriers are responsible for patient care by transporting specimens, supplies, and mail between healthcare facilities and laboratories. Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to urgent situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 20 pounds. Responsible for a vehicle maintenance schedule and upkeeping of provided vehicles.



  • Ensuring that medical items are securely stored in the delivery vehicle. Ensuring that the documentation corresponds to each item. Ensuring the punctual collection and delivery of medical items from the healthcare facilities

  • Demonstrate integrity and accountability in dealing with clients. Must be able to communicate in an effective and professional manner with clients, their representatives and have the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.

  • Performs routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in proper working condition.

  • Provides backup support for patient transports as needed, maintaining a valid driver’s license and patient transportation certification.

  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of courier route schedules to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
