Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Courier to handle the safe pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials for our laboratory operations. You will ensure data integrity and timely service while following Pace values.

You’ll prepare the vehicle, document processes, and support staff in transport procedures, contributing to a collaborative team and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safe driving and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents and databases for sample transport.
• Prepare vehicle for daily operations with safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff and management on sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and propose process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
