Job summary

Pace® Labs is seeking a Courier in Kernersville, NC to support our environmental science operations. You will pick up, transport, and deliver samples and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to protect communities and ecosystems.

The role emphasizes safe driving, proper documentation, teamwork, and customer service, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required or preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain required licenses/certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures and transportation protocols.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good judgment, professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.
