Summary

Courier transport, pick-up and delivery of parcels, medical supplies, mail banking, x-rays, linen, specimens, and other items as required to/from various Nuvance Health affiliates. Specific daily route, in an established sequence, keeping to a specific time schedule, in order to accomplish tasks. Follow established policies and procedures governing the pick-up, delivery, and transportation of all items.

Work Conditions

• Physical strength sufficient to perform the following tasks on objects weighing at least 75 lbs.: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and handling Fine finger movements, gripping and reaching above and below the shoulder is necessary
  Mobility parameters include sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and balancing
  Necessary sensory and perceptual abilities include hearing conversations and other sounds
  Vision must be accurate at far and near distances as well as adequate color, depth, spatial and form perception

  Physical ability and mental aptitude to operate motor vehicles, safely, in all conditions
