If you’re looking for meaningful, exciting work where your contributions truly matter, we invite you to join us!What you’ll do:Perform minor set-ups and operate multiple machines, to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore a variety of metal components.Conduct the following operations : reaming, inserting hammer drive screws , peening operation and assembling hardwareSet up and operate bulge rivet machine to assemble retainersConduct ATP testing to requirements. Utilizes QC Info software to view test specifications, set-up test fixture and perform ATP testingPerform channel coating on parts to requirements as called out on the routersSet -up and operate laser marker , understand customer requirements as called out on PMI sheets and perform hand marking operationsRead and sign off on production routers and record material types, lot numbers and quantity requiredIdentify, locate, and kit hardware necessary to assemble retainersReceive components into stock, generate and release assembly work orders, and understand sales order requirementsInterpret technical drawings in accordance with standard shop practices.Work in accordance with general safety rules and practices.Train new and temporary employees on processesParticipate in continuous improvement of processesQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent from accredited institutionEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
