Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. The pair will live in student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for about 8–13 students, helping with academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel participation, and managing household budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year marriage minimum; two-person role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in devotions and Chapel services.
• Lead budgeting and household reporting.
• Support multiple student homes initially, with a nine-on/three-off schedule.
• Transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group.
