Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA to live on-campus and support 8–13 students per home. The role blends caregiving with supervision, activities planning, and spiritual development in a structured, family-like setting.

The position requires a married couple (two years), both ages 27+, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with van certification. Housing, meals, and full benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff are role models for students.

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.

• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities with students.
