Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions. The role transitions to a placed houseparent over time. Competitive benefits and housing are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student health.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
