Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents who live on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students.

You will supervise, mentor, manage routines, drive to activities, lead devotions, and handle budgeting with a focus on safety and student well-being.

This two-person role requires a two-year marriage minimum, both partners aged 27+, and a commitment to a family-like home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
