Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, providing care, guidance and supervision for 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising daily life, planning activities, leading devotions, and overseeing budgeting. Salary is $46,917 per person with full benefits and housing. Two-year commitment required.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses 27 or older; family-friendly campus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
