Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this on-campus role, couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

The position begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with progression to a placed home. The salary is $46,917 per person plus housing and meals; comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
