Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus and caring for a group of 8–13 students.

Couples work a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include supervision, routines, activities, devotions, and budgeting. Applicants must be married for ≥2 years, both 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students living in on-campus homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
