Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and caring for a group of 8-13 students.

You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development, including daily routines, devotions, and transportation.

Compensation includes $46,917 per person plus housing and meals on duty, with comprehensive benefits and relocation/training support for couples.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in a residential setting.
• Two-person couple role with at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
