Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to live in on-campus student homes. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, health oversight, and leading devotions, with progression to a placed home role. Paid relocation and extensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

Skills
