Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This unique role places you in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 youths, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Together, you will manage daily routines, transportation, devotions, and activities, with nine days on and three days off initially, then a placed home.

Qualifications

• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
