Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
