Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. Couples work together in a family-like setting to provide supervision, guidance, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, coordinating routines, medications, outings, devotions, and budgeting. Initial schedule is nine days on duty followed by three days off and progression to a placed houseparent role.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
