Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students.

They follow a nine-on / three-off schedule and can transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervision, managing routines, medication administration, activity planning, devotions, and budgeting.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years; both spouses 27+.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
