Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, with a nine-on/three-off cycle. Role starts with support to multiple homes, then placed in a single home.

Salary is $46,917 per person, totaling ~ $180,000 per couple with full benefits and housing. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
