Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family‑like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Upon hire, couples follow a nine‑on/three‑off schedule, with a pathway to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth is required.
• Two-year couple requirement with stable relationship.
• Must be 27 years or older per spouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
