Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences is required.
  • Must have clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).

We are looking for a skilled therapist who can work with individuals, couples, and families. This position is flexible, allowing for both in-person and Telehealth sessions. We want to find the right fit to work with our team!

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
  2. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  3. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  4. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
  5. Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians and 15 clients per week for part-time clinicians.
  6. Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel as needed.
  7. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
  2. Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  3. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
  6. Timely completion of documentation.
  7. Comfort working with a diverse client base.
  8. Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  9. Fully Licensed Clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
