Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development while maintaining a structured family-like environment.

The two-person role requires a minimum two-year marriage, both partners aged 27+, valid US driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth on a regular basis.
• Candidates must be legally married for at least two years as a couple.
• Both spouses should be at least 27 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational plans.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
