You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that promotes academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple required, married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
