Job summary

Trissential, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a Coupa Hosted Catalog implementation as part of a broader ERP transformation. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and executives to drive delivery across multiple teams.

This role requires strong governance, risk management, and change management as you guide go-live activities and post-implementation support in a hybrid work model in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management leading complex enterprise technology implementations.
• 5+ years delivering Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Enablement, or P2P solutions.
• Experience delivering procurement catalogs through go-live with Coupa.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating procurement platform integrations with ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Coupa Hosted Catalog implementation program.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and supplier workstreams for successful delivery.
• Oversee system integration with Coupa and ERP platforms such as SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Manage implementation partners, consultants, and vendors to meet scope and schedule.
