Job summary

Pasco County is seeking a Courier to perform courier/messenger services, deliver supplies within County buildings, and maintain records and logs. The role includes routine clerical work and requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push 75–100 pounds.

Responsibilities include serving as a driver for town/county routes, packing materials for transport, and entering data into forms. Prior courier experience and a valid Florida driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a courier or delivery person.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push 75–100 pounds.
• Ability to maintain records and logs.
• Good clerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers mail, books, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Drives car and/or truck as required.
• Packs materials and equipment into boxes, bags, or crates.
• Performs general clerical work.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and pushes equipment of 75-100 pounds.
• Performs data entry and types forms.
• Performs related work as required.
