Our culture of flexibility, trust, and continual learning means you will be recognized for your growth and for the impact you make on our success. You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.
The Role
BeyondTrust is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Public Sector, to lead and scale our go-to-market efforts in the federal, state, local, and education sectors, requiring equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product to craft and drive a growth-focused strategy, lead a high-performing team, and develop compelling content and messaging that showcases how BeyondTrust’s cybersecurity solutions address key public sector mandates, frameworks, and operational needs.
As a key leader in the marketing organization, you will bring a deep understanding of public sector challenges—including Zero Trust, iCAM, Whole-of-State, and DOD Interoperability guidance—and demonstrate how BeyondTrust uniquely solves them. You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accountability, and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders to accelerate adoption and influence in the public sector.

- Work closely and build trust with key partners, including government contractors, system integrators, and resellers, at all leadership levels, to develop joint marketing strategies and collateral that enhance product visibility and reach within the federal market.
- Develop and drive clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our cybersecurity solutions in the public sector markets.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions for government audiences.
- Representing the team, work closely with product management, sales, subject matter experts, and other internal teams to gather insights, influence messaging, and ensure content aligns with broader company sales play positioning.
