Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement country-level business strategies, growth plans, and long-term objectives for insurance and investment operations.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and establish partnerships with insurers, banks, investors, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Insurance Operations: Oversee insurance product distribution, policy acquisition, renewals, claims coordination, and customer relationship management.
• Investment Management: Oversee investment-related operations, identify investment opportunities, monitor portfolio performance, and support asset growth, where applicable.
• Financial Management: Manage country budgets, financial forecasts, revenue generation, cost optimization, and profitability targets.
• Sales & Market Expansion: Drive insurance premium growth, investment product sales, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial, operational, investment, and insurance-related risks.
